The Galaxy 3.5m Round Cantilever Parasol with Stone Fillable Base & Cover - Grey is the ideal package for creating a shade haven in your garden.

The cantilever parasol is ideal for projecting shade over any corner dining, or sofa area. The parasol is easily erected via a crank handle and quick release pin which allows you to set the height and angle of your parasol. Additionally the parasol can be rotated 360° by simply pressing the foot pedal.

This parasol is specially treated with a PA waterproof coating, meaning that should it rain you won’t have to worry about storing the parasol away. The 250g polyester canopy offers plenty of sun protection as it has a UV rating of 50+. Additionally, it has a fade resistance level of 5/6 which means the colour is extremely protected against fading or discolouration.

However, the star feature of this product is the LED lights. Each rib of the parasol is decorated with LED lights which can be controlled via the button on the battery pack. The LED lights are battery operated and come with a rechargeable usb. These great LED lights mean that you can spend longer in your garden as you will have a well-lit garden space.

The parasol can be fully closed and easily stored away if necessary. We always recommend that the parasol remains closed when not in use and is always kept closed in extreme windy conditions.

This parasol comes with a stone fillable metal cantilever base which can be filled with your chosen stone (not included) to create a stylish and decorative aspect to your garden. You could also fill with other items like slate or pebbles based on the look you prefer. Without filling this parasol base will weigh 26kg. When filled, the weight of the base will vary based on your chosen material, but we believe that when filled with large stones or pebbles the base will weigh around 100kg.

Please note: The stones are not supplied, but can be purchased from a local builders merchant or DIY store, or can be ordered online from Stone Warehouse following this link: stonewarehouse.co.uk. We recommend using at least 10 x 20kg bags to fill your base and achieve the required weight necessary to support your cantilever parasol.

This parasol package deal also includes a handy cover. The PVC-backed polyester cover is incredibly weatherproof and can be easily attached to the parasol via the rod attachment.The weatherproof cover can be placed over the parasol canopy when the parasol is fully closed and allows you to leave your parasol outdoors without it getting dirty or wet when it rains.
